Lunar Module Moonhaven

For the AMC TV series Moonhaven, Cinesteel FX collaborated with Odyssey Studios to create a 75% scale replica of the lunar module. This project was a monumental undertaking, with our team tasked with plasma cutting over 150 individual parts, which were then expertly welded together to form the ascent module. The complexity and size of the module made this one of our most challenging and exciting projects, and the tight deadline only added to the intensity.

Our precision fabrication and craftsmanship were key to bringing the lunar module to life, ensuring that every detail was true to the original design while maintaining the durability and functionality required for production use. Working alongside Odyssey Studios, we delivered a highly detailed and accurate set piece that played a pivotal role in the series. This project not only showcased our technical expertise but also our ability to meet demanding timelines and exceed expectations in high-pressure environments.
